Energy Exertion: We know young kids can have bursts of high energy. Our program is designed to channel that energy safely and effectively, ensuring our young athletes stay active while still having enough stamina for the rest of their day.

Hand-Eye Coordination Training: Hand-eye coordination is essential, not just in tennis but in many sports and activities. By challenging children at an early age with movements like throwing, catching, and striking, we help them build fundamental skills that will make learning tennis much easier.

Fun & Engaging Pop Quizzes: Tennis requires both physical and mental focus, including keeping score and understanding the rules. At the start of each clinic, we introduce an intention for the day based on a tennis-related concept. Throughout the session, we pause for quick, stimulating pop quizzes to reinforce learning in a fun way.
