How many athletes are in each junior clinic?
Junior clinics typically include 4–26 athletes, depending on the program and time of year. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level whenever possible to ensure a positive and productive experience.
How many coaches are on court?
We maintain an approximate 1 coach to every 6–8 athletes. As group size increases, additional coaches or helpers are added to ensure quality instruction, supervision, and safety.
What is the coaching environment like?
Our environment is positive, encouraging, and development-focused. We emphasize effort, respect, sportsmanship, and confidence. New and first-time athletes are welcomed and supported as they learn the game.
How are weather cancellations handled for junior clinics?
If a junior clinic is canceled due to weather, families may choose:
A refund for that specific day, or A makeup clinic on another day the athlete is not already registered for
How are weather cancellations handled for summer camps?
Summer Camps run Monday–Thursday, with Friday reserved as a mandatory makeup day for weather cancellations.
If additional camp days are canceled beyond what can be made up on Friday, refunds will be issued for those days.
When are refunds processed?
• Junior clinic refunds or credits are processed at the end of each session
• Summer camp refunds are processed at the end of the summer

How do you ensure athlete safety and care?

How many athletes are in adult clinics?
Adult clinics are structured to allow for quality instruction and live play, with group sizes managed to maintain an effective on-court experience.
Can adult clinic packages be used across different clinics?
Yes. Adult clinic package credits may be used across eligible clinics, provided the session length matches and space is available. Please notify the coach before or at the clinic you plan to attend.
How long are private lesson packages valid?
Private lesson packages expire after 100 days from the date of purchase.
Can private lesson packages be used with multiple coaches?
No. Private lesson packages are valid with one coach only and are not transferable between coaches.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes. Private lessons are available based on coach availability and are a great complement to group training.
Do you host birthday parties, group events, or team practices?
Yes. We offer birthday party hosting, group events, and team practices, available upon request. Availability is limited, so advance planning is encouraged.
