1. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the data you provide to us during registration and throughout the sessions/camps. This policy also outlines your rights regarding your personal data and how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about its handling. By participating in our sessions/camps, you agree to our privacy policy.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
● All payments made are non-refundable after the beginning of the session/camp.
● Payments made after the start date will result in a 10% late fee, including payments made via Venmo or other electronic methods.
● All discounts are limited to one use per family/member per session.
● All sessions will require a $25 deposit.
● If for any reason a student must withdraw from a session prior to its completion, the student will receive a refund less the $25 deposit.
3. Code of Conduct: To ensure a positive and safe environment for all participants, Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC maintains a code of conduct. By joining our sessions/camps, you agree to adhere to this code, which includes guidelines on respectful behavior, sportsmanship, and interaction with fellow participants, staff, and facilities.
4. Health and Safety Regulations: The well-being of all participants is our priority. Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC requires compliance with health and safety regulations during sessions/camps. If your child has any physical or medical conditions that may affect their participation, please inform us beforehand. We reserve the right to bar a participant from participation at our discretion for safety reasons.
5. Age and Eligibility Requirements: Participation in Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC sessions/camps is open to individuals within specific age ranges or eligibility criteria. Please ensure that your child meets the required age/eligibility criteria before registering.
6. Attendance Policy: Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC expects participants to be punctual and attend all scheduled sessions. If for any reason your child cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance.
7. Photography and Video Policy: During the sessions/camps, we may take photos or record videos for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC the right to use such images and recordings, including the names of participants, for marketing and public relations purposes, without seeking additional consent.
8. Intellectual Property Rights: Any intellectual property created during Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC sessions/camps, including photos, videos, or artwork, shall be owned by Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC. Participants and their parents/guardians understand and agree not to reproduce or use such materials without explicit permission.
9. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement: By participating in Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC sessions/camps, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC, its owners, officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, servants, members, managers, employees, and all other related parties, from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your child's participation in the sessions/camps, including any injuries caused by your child.
10. Liability Release Waiver: Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC requires all participants or their parents/guardians to sign a liability release waiver before joining any sessions/camps. This waiver states that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with sports and activities and that you release Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
11. Termination of Participation: Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the sessions/camps for any behavior that violates the code of conduct or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
12. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC may need to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions/camps. We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any changes.
13. Modifications to Terms and Agreements: Heroes Tennis Academy (HTA) / MTSC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and agreements at any time. We will notify participants and their parents/guardians of any changes through our official website or direct communication channels.
